Yes! Active members will receive one day credit on their meal plan for each referral. Be sure that your name is given when the initial new member signs up.
All plans are auto renewed every Friday based on your order cycle. Members that pay monthly will be auto renewed on the same day every month. If you don’t wish to auto renew, we require 3 business days of notice by email to
We accept all major credit/debit cards. You may coordinate with a representative to pay in advance with a cashiers check or money order.
We deliver to all of Broward County, most of Palm Beach County and some of Miami Dade, please call to verify that we deliver to area before placing your order.
You can expect your delivery anytime between 3p.m. and 9p.m. We deliver fresh every day Sunday-Thursday. All meals should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Cooler bags and ice from the previous delivery should be outside your front door for pick up before 3 p.m. on every delivery day.
Yes, there is a one time charge of $15 and that allows you two insulated cooler bags that are used to deliver your meals. If bags are not left outside for pickup after multiple deliveries, there is an additional charge of $15 for every missing bag (non-refundable).
Deadline for deliveries is 9 p.m. Unforeseen circumstances may affect that timeline and you may email Healthrushcustomercare@gmail.com or call 754 205-4102 to get an estimate on how long until food is delivered.
A new menu is created by our talented culinary team every week.
Our food is cooked fresh daily and should be consumed the following day after each delivery. You may consume meals up to two days after the delivery date. We do not recommend freezing meals.
By calling our office and speaking to a customer service representative. You may opt out of two dislikes or allergies per membership. There are additional charges for several dislikes or allergies.
Simply email Healthrushcustomercare@gmail.com or call us at 754-205-4102 and we can put the account on hold and credit you missing days upon return.
You may cancel your order at any time. Please be advised that once payment is made you will receive a credit on your account for future deliveries. No refund will be given on deliveries that have already been made. You may make changes to your meal plan selection at anytime and use any remaining refunds towards those changes.
